Robyn Semmler
Robyn Semmler, age 52, of Longville, passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021, at the Good Samaritan Society, Pine River. She was born on June 20, 1968, in Cambridge, MN, to Karen and James “Jim” Hanson.
Robyn lived in various places throughout her childhood, but spent many wonderful summers with her grandparents, Burton and Myrtle Livgard, on Mule Lake. She graduated from Northland High School in Remer, MN, where she met John through her older brother, Mark. They started dating between high school graduation and her first year of college at Winona State. Four years later, she graduated with her B.A. in Elementary Education from Saint Cloud State, and she and John were married shortly after. In 1997, John and Robyn welcomed their first child, Zachary. Andrea “Annie”, Alyssa, and Wyatt completed the family shortly after (four kids in five years). “Mom was a superhero”, Annie said, after having Robyn’s beloved grandson, Ryker. ....
