A Men’s Shed is being planned for the Cromer area, and the organisers are keen for more people to get involved. Tony Rothe reports.
Richard Wall, who attends Overstrand Parish Church, and who chairs the team of mainly Christians who are planning the project, said, “About 5 years ago I had a serious fall and, after my broken bones had mended, I’d lost any confidence. My wife took me to the local Men’s Shed and they slowly and sensitively helped me get back my “zing”.

A family who left Nigeria amidst attacks on Christian families has joined a Norwich church and are in urgent need of rental accommodation nearby.

The family has joined the congregation at The Open Door Christian Fellowship. Pastor
Stuart Bailey said, The mother is now studying at UEA while Dad is working as a care worker in a care home. They have three children all of school age.
They are in rented accommodation, the tenancy agreement for which expires within two weeks.
The family is urgently seeking accommodation in the NR2 or NR4 area to allow children to remain at the their current schools. ....

The young people at Lighthouse Community Church in Sheringham have been celebrating Easter virtually this year, using on-line gaming to tell the Easter story. Tony Rothe reports.
Minecraft is an online game that allows you to explore an open world and build whatever you can think of in it. The boys in the youth group decided they would use the game to describe aspects of the Easter story, and portray what it meant to them.
