First State Community Action Agency holds COVID-19 vaccination clinics

Carper said the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan will help further the agency’s goals to ensure Delawareans have food to eat and safe water to drink; access to health, education and tax services; a roof over their heads; and mainly, vaccinations.
Dr. Sandi Hagans-Morris, Program Director of Education Training and Special Services, said First State has provided meals and educational opportunities to children in a safe environment throughout the pandemic and will offer a summer program for children to prevent learning loss.  ....
