â Today, Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford announced the reappointment of
Ernest Figueroa as Nevadaâs State Consumer Advocate and head of the Bureau of
Consumer Protection. This is Figueroaâs second term serving as Nevadaâs
Consumer Advocate after being appointed in 2017.
Figueroa
began his state service in 2001 as a Deputy Attorney General with the Bureau of
Consumer Protection, most recently serving as a Chief Deputy Attorney General
with the Bureau. Figueroa has spent his legal career finding ways to protect
Nevadaâs consumers. Under his tenure, the Bureau of Consumer Protection has
