Starbucks to open innovation lab on Arizona State University's campus

Starbucks and Arizona State University will open a new research and innovation facility, called the ASU-Starbucks Center for the Future of the People and the Planet, in December 2021 on ASU s campus in Tempe, Arizona, according to a press release.
The lab will leverage ASU s applied research and on-campus test stores to continue reimagining customer experiences both in-store and through more personalized digital relationships, Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson said in the release. The center s year-one goals include building out and open sourcing Starbucks Greener Stores program and exploring alternative menu items, including plant-based offerings.
Starbucks has tested ideas that support sustainability in individual stores and markets, including a Seattle location with a 100% plant-based menu and an energy-efficient modular store in Canada, but this dedicated lab will enable the company to scale new concepts more quickly and further the company s goals t ....

Mumbai, April 16 (IANS) Amid revival in housing demand, the residential segment witnessed private equity (PE) investments worth $234 million in Q1 2021 which was 64 per cent of that witnessed during the entire 2020, said a Knight Frank India report.

Mondi has extended its portfolio of CO2 neutral papers to cover almost all of its premium paper brands.
The companyâs Neusiedler mill in Austria has been offering CO2 neutral products for over a decade, including Color Copy original and selected products from the NAUTILUS range. From April 2021, Mondi has extended its offering of CO2 neutral paper to almost all premium paper brands.
This includes PERGRAPHICA, MondiÂ´s premium paper brand for luxury packaging applications. By offering the full PERGRAPHICA range as CO2 neutral, the company hopes to meet the growing demand of customers such as agencies, designers, and brand owners for sustainable printing, publishing, and packaging products. ....
