As I continue to share the common list of co-parenting challenges, the next one on the list is, “The handling of schedule changes and lack of flexibility and adaptability.”
This co-parenting challenge is very common and almost always a direct result of anger and emotion attached to separation and or divorce. Regardless of your custody or visitation schedule, you will find, at some point in your co-parenting, the need for flexibility and adaptability.
It is so important to remove anger and emotion. If you are the parent needing or requesting a schedule change, or if you are wanting some flexibility, the need and or the request will be better received if you have not created high conflict in your co-parenting. ....

How to lose visceral fat: Eat fruit, gain strength in legs and flexibility


One study sought to identify the impact of different lifestyle interventions on visceral fat.
The study included 97 obese and overweight people with a low socioeconomic status in an eight-month lifestyle intervention.
Anthropometric (muscle, bone, and body fat), fitness and nutritional tests were assessed.
The key finding was that eating the recommended daily portions of fruit, gaining strength in the legs and gaining flexibility are factors predictive of a lower visceral fat index .

The researchers also found being older than 45 and eating the recommended weekly portions of cereals and meats, fat and processed meats increased the visceral fat index. ....

In large part, it s because training for youth sports has become more rigorous, more specialized, and is done more often than it ever was in the past. Sports have become a year-round endeavor for most children, and they only play their favorite sport. Without breaks and cross-training, the muscles used in their sport stay tense, become inflexible, and get easily injured.
