Logitech International: Logitech Grows 76% for Fiscal Year 2021, Q4 Revenue Doubles

Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of Fiscal Year 2021, ended March 31, 2021.
For Fiscal Year 2021:
Sales were Logitech s highest ever at $5.25 billion, up 76 percent in US dollars and 74 percent in constant currency compared to the prior year.
GAAP operating income grew 315 percent to $1.15 billion, compared to $276 million a year ago. GAAP earnings per share (EPS) grew 107 percent to $5.51, compared to $2.66 a year ago.
Non-GAAP operating income grew 229 percent to $1.27 billion, compared to $387 million a year ago. Non-GAAP EPS grew 199 percent to $6.42, compared to $2.15 a year ago. ....

LAUSANNE, Switzerland & NEWARK, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$LOGI–Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of Fiscal Year 2021, ended March 31, 2021.
For Fiscal Year 2021:

Rasmuson Foundation announced four new staff members, including a program officer with deep roots in the nonprofit community.
Monica Garcia-Itchoak joined Rasmuson Foundation this month, bringing more than 26 years of nonprofit experience to her role as program officer. She comes from The Foraker Group, where she worked with nonprofits on sustainability. Garcia-Itchoak moved to Alaska in 2010 from New York to direct education and public programs at the Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center. Among other museum posts, she managed museum learning experiences at The American Museum of Natural History. She currently serves on the boards of the Pratt Museum, Museums Alaska and thread Alaska. ....

The pandemic has been kind to Logitech, whose profits have almost quadrupled from what they were a year ago.
Revenues for the peripheral maker s Q3 ended 31 December show a jump of 85 per cent year-on-year to $1.67bn and profit came in at $448m versus $129m. For the nine months of fiscal 21, sales were up 64 per cent $3.716bn and profit grew 205 per cent to $721.5m.
On a conference call with financial analysts, Logitech CEO Bracken Darrell said: Last quarter, we predicted that as the world opened up, few companies would opt for a full work from home or a full work from the office approach. With another quarter behind us, I have greater conviction that most companies will move to a hybrid at work/at home model. ....
