Industrial Outdoor Ventures adds two new members to staff May 7, 2021 Nate King Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV), the first national real estate investor focused exclusively on outdoor storage facilities, has added two professionals to its growing staff, announced CEO Tom Barbera. John Kraft has been named Manager of Construction & Properties, and, as such, will oversee asset integration, property level capital projects and operations. He most recently served as a Project Manager with Bulley & Andrews’ Education and Institutional division. Prior to that he worked at William A. Randolph & Co. where he led construction and heavy civil projects across the U.S. John earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. ....

Hopkinsvilleâs Downtown Farmers Market opens this season Saturday, Apr. 17 starting at 7 a.m. in conjunction with the 2021 Master Gardener Expo. Located in Founderâs Square parking lot at the corner of Ninth and Main Street in Historic Downtown Hopkinsville, the Kentucky Proud Market will offer a wide selection of local produce. The opening day will also feature the staple market vendors as well as the Master Gardeners, Beaver Tree Services and Whimsical Creations. Free tool sharpening provided by Arrowhead Fix-it will also be at the Farmers Market. The police department is opening doors to help the homeless weather the winter storm. Tahlequah Police Chief Nate King s original plan was to have officers hand out supplies on the streets to help the homeless, but reports Thursday night changed his mind. While I m working on the game plan, I see on the Tulsa news last night the Tulsa Police Department had responded to an individual who had expired based on exposure to the elements and at that time I started calling around, he said.
