The state attorney general’s office appointed Jason Hicks on Friday after he agreed to take on the case against former Oklahoma County Judge Tim Henderson, The Oklahoman reported. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been investigating sexual misconduct allegations against Henderson involving five women. Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater asked the OSBI to investigate two female assistant district attorneys' accusations against the married judge.
