14,000 doses of Hayat-Vax vaccine delivered to Kostanay region

KOSTANAY. KAZINFORM – Hayat-Vax vaccine based on the Chinese technology has been delivered to Kostanay region for the first time, Kazinform correspondent reports.

Akim (governor) of Kostanay region Arkhimed Mukhambetov said in an Instagram post that the epidemiological situation in the region is quite stable.
«50,445 people in the region have been vaccinated with the first component of the COVID-19 vaccine. 74,000 doses of the first component and 24,000 doses of the second component of Sputnik V vaccine, 2,000 doses of homegrown QazVac vaccine and 14,000 doses of Hayat-Vax have been supplied to the region,» he noted.
There are 31 medical organizations Kostanay region which are eligible for vaccination purposes. There are also 62 immobile and 31 mobile vaccination in the region as well. ....

Hawke s Bay s dry start to the year has put it in early contention for the title of New Zealand s sunniest region.
Across four months, the region totalled 964 hours of sunshine in its main centres, Niwa s monthly climate summary for April has revealed, fourth-equal sunniest in NZ.
The sunniest regions so far in 2021 are Taranaki (1033 hours), Bay of Plenty (997 hours), Marlborough (992 hours), Horowhenua (964 hours) and Hawke s Bay (964 hours). ....

Islamabad : Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection Dr. Sania Nishtar along with senior officials convened Ehsaas briefing with Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners of Balochistan on Wednesday.
The virtual meeting was held on special invitation of Balochistan Chief Secretary aimed at to inform the district administrations of the province about the ongoing Ehsaas programmes and initiatives and to seek collaborations for making enhancements in Ehsaas payment operations.
The chief secretary and Secretary BISP also joined the briefing.
Dr. Nishtar outlined details of multisectoral Ehsaas programmes specifically conditional and unconditional cash transfer programmes being executed in Balochistan. In particular, the ongoing ‘Ehsaas Kafaalat’ operations in the province were discussed in detail. ....

The 1939 to 1940 Centennial Exhibition is one of New Zealand s most significant as it was the centrepiece marking 100 years since the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi.
