A second teenager from Chicago has been charged with carjacking a woman Jan. 23 in Addison.
The 15-year-old boy was arrested Sunday, authorities said.

DuPage County Judge Brian Jacobs on Monday ordered that the teen, who is charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking, remain in custody until his next court appearance. The boy is due back in court Feb. 17.
Authorities say that about 10:46 p.m. Jan. 23, a 20-year-old woman left a Popeyes restaurant on Lake Street and was accosted as she walked to her car by three people, two of whom were armed. The trio told her to give up her car, cash and cellphone or they would kill her. ....

A Chicago teenager accused of carjacking a woman Saturday night in Addison must remain in custody until his next court date.
DuPage County Judge Brian Jacobs made that ruling during a Monday detention hearing in juvenile court, according to a news release from the DuPage County state s attorney s office.

Prosecutors intend to ask that the boy, who is 17, be tried as an adult, officials said.
The boy is charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking and armed robbery, both Class X felonies.
Addison police responded at 10:46 p.m. Saturday to the 700 block of Lake Street after the report of a carjacking near a Popeye s restaurant, officials said. ....
