The Board of Directors of the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) has appointed 43-year cable television industry veteran Lou Borrelli as its next chief executive officer, effective June 1, 2021. He succeeds Rich Fickle, who has led the organization as CEO since 2011. NCTC’s Chairman of the Board, Brad Mefferd said in a press statement: “We are thrilled to have a CEO of [Lou’s] caliber leading the organization.
