Queensland Opposition Leader David Crisafulli has staked his reputation on getting more diverse candidates into winnable seats for the LNP before the next state election.
Mr Crisafulli is fresh off a reordering of the Liberal National Party during the state conference last weekend, which included a shake-up of the executive and the abolition of the powerful President’s Committee, seen as a win for grassroots members.
LNP leader David Crisafulli said it’s now up to him to convince branch members to get behind a push for woman and people of minority backgrounds in the 14 most marginal Queensland seats. ....
