ESOU 2021: ESUR Lecture: Genetic Testing for Prostate Cancer: When and How?

Dr. Knudsen pointed out that there is an extraordinary burden of prostate cancer in the US, ranked as #1 for males in estimated new cases and #2 in estimated cancer-related deaths. Germline testing is revolutionizing care, with 12-17% of metastatic patients having germline mutations and 5-7% of early-stage patients having germline mutations.
