Spring is here and things are beginning to open for the season. At least, that s what we re all sitting around waiting on.
I grew up in Houston watching drag racing, funny cars, and just fun at the speedway. Some things never change as the Meridian Speedway sets to open the season with the ATS Inland Season Opener Saturday, April 10.
This is a big opener featuring the Speed Tour Modifieds, Buf Light NASCAR Modifieds, Mulder Engineered Race Engines Junior Late Models, Pauly s Bar Room Street Stocks, and Domino s Legends. The weather should be nice close to 60 degrees and plenty of cars flying the track all day Saturday. ....
