The Rice Chicken Tatsuta and Rice Chicken Tatsuta Setouchi Lemon Tartar feature rice-buns made from domestic rice. After being cooked, the rice is shaped and seasoned with a fragrant soy sauce before being broiled for a crispy outer layer. The unique crunchy exterior and fluffy interior rice-buns sandwich a fried chicken fillet flavored with ginger and soy sauce on a bed of crisp shredded cabbage and creamy, spicy sauce. The Rice Chicken Tatsuta Setouchi Lemon Tartar variation is finished with grated lemon from the southern Setouchi region and a helping of pairing tartar sauce. ....
