Jack Law became friends with Eaton “Nob” Magoon, Jr., a local boy whose family owned the Magoon Estate. Through Bob Magoon, Jack Law was introduced to the Hawaiian culture, songwriting, and producing.
Jack Law ventured into the real estate business after experiencing the entertainment industry in Hawaii. When a portion of Waikiki property belonging to the Magoon estate became available on the corner of Kuhio Avenue and Kalaimoku Street Bob Magoon and Jack Law decided to turn the establishment into a bar. ....
