VERMONT The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets is opening its Farm to School Vision Grant on April 15. This new grant program is part of the agency’s Farm to School Program. The purpose of the grant is to help communities build better food systems through youth education and empowerment. Passionate people from all over the state are working with youth to help make more just, sustainable and compassionate local food systems and the agency wants to amplify those efforts.
Up to $38,000 is available to support projects that help youth learn about and engage in issues related to. ....

Farm to School Vision Grant opens Thursday, up to $38,000 | Vermont Business Magazine

Two million dollars is available to support cooperative agreements with organizations interested in providing outreach and technical assistance to socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers. Non-profits, tribal governments and organizations, and state-run higher education institutions are eligible to apply. Awards will range from $20,000 to $99,999 for agreements lasting six months to one year.
Deadline to Apply: May 5
