A Texas woman was sentenced to three years and four months in federal prison for making false 911 calls regarding her neighbors in January 2019 resulting in a deadly Houstonpolice raid killing both homeowners. 
There’s no question in my mind, Ms. Garcia, in that you wanted something bad to happen, U.S. Judge George C. Hanks said during the sentencing hearing held by videoconference Tuesday. You didn’t really care what happened, and respectfully, the court can’t condone that.
Patricia Ann Garcia told dispatchers that her daughter was at her neighbor s home, describing 59-year-old Dennis Tuttle and 58-year-old Nicholas as addicts and drug dealers who had firearms – including machine guns – inside their residence. But none of those claims were true, prosecutors said.  ....

HOUSTON - Patricia Ann Garcia, the woman accused of making several 911 calls that included phony allegations of drugs and machine guns that led to the botched raid on Harding Street in 2019, has pleaded guilty. 
According to court documents, Garcia plead guilty to a charge of false information and hoaxes on Tuesday. 
A total of 12 officers, including Gerald Goines and Steven Bryant, were indicted last year for various felonies uncovered by a probe led by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office Civil Rights Division. ....

HOUSTON – The woman accused of making a series of fake 911 calls, setting into motion the events that led to the Harding Street police raid, has pleaded guilty.
According to court documents obtained Wednesday by KPRC 2, Patricia Ann Garcia has pleaded guilty to a charge of false information and hoaxes.
Federal prosecutors said Garcia, who lived near the Harding Street home where the raid happened, made a series of calls to 911 in January 2019. Prosecutors said she told authorities that her daughter was inside of the home with heavily armed drug dealers. Prosecutors said she also reported that people in the home were doing crack cocaine and heroin. ....

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) A woman who made a false 911 report that led to the botched Harding Street Raid in January 2019 has pleaded guilty to a charge of conveying false information.
According to the indictment, Patricia Ann Garcia called 911 and claimed her 25-year-old daughter was inside Rhogena Nicholas and Dennis Tuttle s home doing drugs, but federal prosecutors said none of it was true.
Three weeks after the report to police, narcotics officers executed a no-knock warrant on the home.
