HEARTFELT tributes have been paid to a retired urology surgeon who was an all round good person .
Tributes have flooded in for retired consultant urologist Richard Wilson who has died aged 77 at St Mary’s Hospice in Ulverston.
Mr Wilson was a loving and devoted husband of the late Geraldine Wilson for 50 years and beloved father of Fiona, Gavin and Murray.
He was also a treasured grandfather of seven and a loving father-in-law.
Mr Wilson worked for University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay Trust for over 30 years, before retiring from the trust in 2007.
Mr Wilson was involved in a number of clubs in Ulverston and South Cumbria including Ulverston Inshore Rescue and Furness Lions. ....
