Eight F-16s assigned to the 555th Fighter Squadron are participating in AK21, which is a joint, multinational exercise designed to test integrated air and missile defense capabilities. The C-17 Globemaster III is the heaviest cargo plane ever made. It is the main system the US uses to transports men and equipment. So, far there is no replacement for it.
Globemaster is one of the performing large planes in the United States Air Force (USAF). It is responsible for the movement of war material and personnel as it can carry heavy loads in its cavernous cargo bay. It is even bigger than a C-130 Hercules, reported Fas Org.

United States Cyber Command celebrates its eleventh birthday on 21 May 2021. In the year since its 10th anniversary, USCYBERCOM has met significant challenges – chief among them COVID-19. The pandemic impacted USCYBERCOM, but did not stop its people or its mission. Among other accomplishments, USCYBERCOM enabled the defense of the 2020 elections, and played a key role in the whole-of-government response to the SolarWinds breach.
USCYBERCOM partnered with the National Security Agency in the Election Security Group, which ensured that intelligence and cyberspace operations supported whole-of-nation efforts to harden defenses and disrupt foreign threats to the 2020 U.S. elections. As part of a broader government effort, the ESG worked with the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and the National Guard Bure ....

EUCOM leadership visits Aviano > Nellis Air Force Base > News


AVIANO AIR BASE, Italy –
Chief Master Sgt. Phillip Easton, U.S. European Command senior enlisted leader, visited Aviano Air Base, Italy, May 12-13, 2021. Easton briefed Airmen from the 31st Fighter Wing on command priorities and provided leadership guidance.
As the senior enlisted leader of EUCOM, he was able to provide a perspective on the current state of affairs for enlisted service members serving in Europe explaining EUCOM’s command structure, priorities and partnerships while passing along leadership philosophies he gained from his 30 years of leadership.
During his visit, Easton visited multiple locations to get an inside-look at what the 31st FW’s operations. These locations included the Tech. Sgt. Adam K. Ginett Airman Leadership School (ALS) auditorium, a bomb build with the 31st Maintenance Group (MXG), and the 56th Rescue Squadron for a leadership brief with first sergeants. ....
