Office’s staff could double in size, new owner asserts
A husband-and-wife tandem from Northern California has acquired Spherion Staffing LLC, a Spokane-based franchise of Atlanta-based recruiting and staffing company Spherion Staffing Services.
James Green and April Doty acquired the company, located in the Rock Pointe Corporate Center, at 1212 N. Washington, from Alethea McCann, who recently retired.
Green declines to disclose the terms of the acquisition.
Green and Doty come to Spokane from the Chico, California, area. Green served for six years as a branch manager for Spherion’s office there.
“I’m excited about this new opportunity. Spokane is a major hub for large business,” says Green who adds that he appreciates the Spokane area’s four seasons. “This region has beautiful weather and topography.” ....
