The Central Panhandle of Florida Operation Christmas Child (OCC) team recently celebrated with West Pittman Baptist Church, for serving as a National Collection Week drop-off location for the past 10 years.
On Sunday, April 25, the church was presented with a plaque from Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child by Anthony Mosier, the logistics coordinator for the Central Panhandle Area team. This dedicated church is pastored by Rev. Daniel Smith. The drop-off leaders are Edwin and Kristine Santiago. Their efforts over these past 10 years have shepherded thousands of shoebox gifts to children all over the world so that children would have an opportunity to learn more about Jesus’ unfailing love for them. ....
