Gov. Ned Lamont’s announcement last week lifting capacity restrictions on restaurantsand other businesses beginning March 19 also applies to public libraries, but not all of them are ready or willing to return to pre-pandemic levels.
In Farmington, Library Director Chris Lindquist said the library will not allow visitors beyond the lobby or curbside for pickup at both branches until April 5. ....
