Carmel Richmond Health Care & Rehab Center announces leadership transition Updated Dec 10, 2020; Posted Dec 10, 2020 Facebook Share ArchCare, the Archdiocese of New York’s healthcare system that cares for more than 9,000 seniors, announced a leadership transition at ArchCare at Carmel Richmond Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center (Carmel Richmond) in Dongan Hills. Mary Beth Francis, the current administrator, will retire in January. And Sister Maureen Murray, Carmel Richmond’s executive director, will take a key leadership role at the Carmelite Motherhouse in Germantown, N.Y. Brendan Maloney has been named the new administrator of Carmel Richmond. Maloney will report to Mitch Marsh, senior vice president, Residential Services at ArchCare. The Carmelite Sisters will have a continued presence at the center.
