PHILIPPI A Barbour County man is behind bars and accused of soliciting a 14-year-old girl.
On Tuesday, April 14, West Virginia State Police arrested Chad McLean 50, of Belington, who is facing felony counts of soliciting a minor and displaying obscene matter to a minor. He is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail with bond set at $70,000.
McLean is a member of the War Dogs Motorcycle Club, officials said.
According to the criminal complaint, the West Virginia State Police arrested McLean Tuesday. Troopers were told by the alleged victim that McLean had grabbed her genitals and had asked her through Facebook messages to perform sexual acts. ....
