Minimum wage removal: Plateau workers protest, say bill is anti-people Published Workers under the aegis of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) in Plateau State on Wednesday took to streets to protest against the bill seeking to move national minimum wage from exclusive to concurrent list. The workers also said removal of the minimum wage from the exclusive to concurrent list was anti-workers and must be discarded. DAILY POST reports that workers in their numbers took their demands to the State House of Assembly where they were received by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Abok Ayuba.
