July 21, 2021 FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) Monday announced that no load shedding would be held in the region on the Eid-ul-Azha holidays. According to a Fesco spokesman, there were more than 1,000 feeders in the Fesco region and all those were included in category A, where no load shedding will be observed. He said focal persons have also been nominated in all five circles of the Fesco whereas special monitoring cells have been established in Faisalabad First Circle, Faisalabad Second Circle, Jhang Circle, Sargodha Circle and Mianwali Circle to take prompt action for redressing electricity related complaints during Eid days. ....
July 15, 2021 LAHORE : IGP Punjab Inam Ghani said that counters of all service centres of the province would also act as front desks of police stations where citizens can submit their applications for registration of any crime case. He gave these instructions while presiding over a meeting on Police Service Centres, Front Desk and 1787 Complaint Centre at the Central Police Office here on Wednesday. He further said that each counter of the service centre will process the requests of the citizens without any delay and if citizens’ problems are not being resolved, they should contact the IGP Complaint Centre 1787 by call, SMS or email. ....
