UPDATE 3:30 P.M. FEBRUARY 19:
With water still scarce (especially clean, hot water), and some power outages in the city, some restaurants and bars remain closed. Others keep plugging, and if you can, you may want to support them with a to-go meal tonight.
The following restaurants are either opening on Friday or their openings came in late for the last publication of this piece. Please refer to the list from February 18 to see more restaurants that should beÂ open (a good idea is to call a restaurant to confirm it s still open); if a restaurant has closed, we ll update the list with that information. ....
