COLORADO SPRINGS â Every year, The Prism Awards are given to businesses and individuals who have made a major impact in the community.
This year, the Springs Rescue Mission received two out of the three awards.
Mission Catering, SRM s catering business, was named the Social Impact Business of the Year, while its manager, Jason Horn, was named Social Entrepreneur of the Year.

LEWISTON A new program for women wanting to overcome addiction is available in Lewiston and Auburn.
Women for Sobriety (WFS), a nonprofit organization, has been empowering women to take charge of their lives since 1975. WFS offers a unique self-help approach to recovery, the New Life Program, which was specifically designed to address the needs or women. WFS has certified facilitators leading mutual support groups online and in person, as well as phone volunteers available for one-on-one support.
