Residents of Meadow Ridge Senior Living community in Moberly were among the first people in Randolph County to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations last week.
For Betty Kritz, 87, the arrival of the Moderna vaccine was a welcome sight and could not come soon enough.
“For people like me, it is very important for me to do,  Kritz said Tuesday.  This is going to allow me the opportunity to get back out into society again. More importantly, after I have my second dose later in a few weeks, this will allow me to visit more closely with my family and friends that I love. I m one of many who have been under quarantine for a long time, and I ve missed getting out and seeing people and doing other things.” ....
