As of midnight Tuesday, Lehigh County was reporting incomplete results, including 159 of 161 Election Day precincts’ votes cast. Early Wednesday morning, the county reported all 161 precincts’ votes plus additional mail-in ballots tallied, still unofficial pending certification. ....
