Penn State Homecoming is a weeklong celebration of university pride among students, but it has historically left out part of its population â until now. Penn State World Campus will join in the festivities for the first time this fall.
Executive Director of the World Campus Homecoming Committee Jona Hall said Penn State World Campus students get to be involved in both in-person and virtual events this year at University Park.

Penn State Homecoming unveils 2021 logo

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. Penn State Homecoming revealed its 2021 logo on April 17 in a video before the Penn State Football spring practice game, as a part of the annual Legacy Celebration.
The logo was selected to reflect Penn State Homecoming’s 2021 theme “Together, State Prevails,” which was announced by the committee this past February during THON.
The logo was designed by Cameron Soravilla, a junior graphic design major in the Stuckeman School of the College of Arts and Architecture at Penn State. Soravilla’s design was one of eight finalists for this year’s Homecoming logo.

Growing in popularity, users have opened the app more than 4 million times, clicking through 15 million pages and external links. Wellness days created
Rather than flocking to beaches for spring break, students had three âwellness daysâ â Feb. 9, March 11 and April 7. No classes were held on these days, and students were encouraged to focus on different aspects of wellness.
Palmer Museum reopened
Students were able to visit the Palmer Museum once again beginning Feb. 10, which had been closed since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. The on-campus space for art and culture is available for students to experience again, though advanced registration is required.
