A line of young men and a few adult leaders on bicycles, all in matching white shirts, black shorts and helmets, pedaled triumphantly into sunny St. George with sore muscles and fatigue Wednesday afternoon.
As the group rolled to a stop near the St. George Utah Temple, another youth walked among them, aiming a water gun and squirting cool liquid on each rider. ....

BYU student Rachel Ballard never cared about having an extravagant wedding. However, that didn’t make it hurt any less when the COVID-19 pandemic upended her plans and she had to cut her guest list down from 50 to just eight people in a matter of hours.
Many young couples planning to be married over the last year faced challenging circumstances because of COVID-19. Some of those couples had something unique at their wedding and said they would change very little about their pandemic weddings. ....

When the leader they honor as a prophet of God describes a revelation, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints listen intently.
That leader, President Russell M. Nelson, delivered a video message on Saturday in which he spoke of prayerful thought, study, pleadings, respondings and feeling impressed both to modify the church’s initial plans for the Manti Utah Temple renovation and to build an Ephraim Utah Temple 7 miles away.

Rasband of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles then stood, grasped the tiny wooden pulpit in the Manti Tabernacle in both hands and told the church members in central Utah who were watching the livestreamed broadcast that President Nelson’s announcement was an example of the Biblical saying that God will do nothing without revealing it first to his prophets. ....

6 LDS temples in Utah reopen for baptisms

Starting Monday, youth members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints could resume attending some temples in Utah. 
Baptistries in 15 of Utah s Latter-day Saint temples have reopened as part of the 2-B phase of the church s reopening plan. Small groups with limited-use temple recommends will be able to perform the ordinances. People as young as 11 can attend with the recommend. 
Baptismal fonts in the following temples are now open: 
Cedar City Utah Temple
Ogden Utah Temple
The fonts opened in the Cedar City Utah Temple, Manti Utah Temple, Payson Utah Temple, Provo City Center Temple, Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple and the Vernal Utah Temple on Monday.  ....
