BAILEYVILLE The body of a 27-year-old Indian Township woman was recovered Sunday morning after she fell into the water below the Baileyville Dam Saturday night and drowned, according to the Maine Warden Service.
Felicia Tomah was with a friend on the Woodland Pulp LLC Hydro Station catwalk that spans a portion of the St. Croix River a little after 10 p.m. April 17. The friend had looked away for a moment, according to authorities, and when he turned back around, Tomah had fallen into the water. 
“He attempted to reach her from the catwalk, but was unable to, and left the catwalk to call 911,” according to a press release from the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. “When he returned, he could not locate her in the water.” ....

A U.S. Border Patrol agent recovered the body of 27-year-old Felicia Tomah Sunday morning after she fell into the water below the Baileyville Dam Saturday night and drowned.
Officials say Tomah, of Indian Township, was with a friend on the Woodland Pulp LLC Hydro Station catwalk at about 10:00 p.m. Saturday. The catwalk spans a portion of the St. Croix River.
Officials say Tomah fell into the water, and her friend had to leave the catwalk to call 9-1-1 when he couldn’t reach her in the water. When he returned to the catwalk, he could not find Tomah in the water. ....

Search finds body of woman who drowned in Washington County
The 27-year-old Indian Township resident fell from a hydro station catwalk into the St. Croix River, according to the Maine Warden Service.

The body of an Indian Township woman who drowned was found Sunday morning in Baileyville following a search by the Maine Warden Service and several other agencies.
A U.S. Border Patrol agent found the body of Felicia Tomah, 27, about 3.7 miles downstream from the Woodland Pulp LLC Hydro Station dam. Baileyville is located in Washington County.
Tomah was with a friend on the hydro station catwalk, which spans a portion of the St. Croix River, a little after 10 p.m. Saturday, Mark Latti, a spokesman for the warden service, said in a statement Sunday night. ....
