SUSPECT REPORTEDLY ADMITS TO SHOOTING
The suspect in a shooting that left one person dead and another hospitalized Sunday night reportedly admitted to the shooting.
An arrest affidavit shows Patrick Osborn gave a statement to officers saying he was at the location with the other three people and he had reportedly smoked both meth and marijuana.
Osborn allegedly said he was already a paranoid person by nature and the meth had made that feeling worse. The two victims were talking near him and Osborn reportedly became paranoid about what they were saying. ....
