There are two air quality monitors in place that help protect the public’s health during fire season. The website has excellent information under the header “About Smoke Monitoring/Air Quality Index.” The monitors currently in place are at the Wilderness Ranger District and in the Burros at the volunteer fire department on the Redrock Road, and are USFS 1073 and USFS 1076, respectively. New Mexico Library rolls out bookmobile for state-wide tour Headlight staff reports SANTA FE – Operated by the Rural Services Program of the New Mexico State Library, the state’s three bookmobiles will be back on the road starting Monday, April 12, 2021. Based in Cimarron, Tucumcari, and Los Lunas, the three bookmobiles provide library and information services to state residents in underserved and rural communities in New Mexico, with multiple monthly scheduled stops in each of those regions. At each stop, bookmobile access will be limited to curbside service, and patrons will not be allowed to enter the bookmobiles. Tables will be set up so that patrons may pick up or drop off materials. Additionally, all three bookmobiles will be equipped with satellite internet, allowing patrons to connect through a wireless signal. ....
CA South to reinvent property near interstate loop, lands backing from Connecticut REIT Roughly two years after details emerged regarding a local real estate investor group’s exploring redevelopment options for a site located near downtown Nashville’s inner-interstate loop, a different entity has surfaced and plans a mixed-use project for the site. According to documents filed with Metro, Nashville-based CA South Development seeks to undertake redevelopment of the 3.14-acre 16-parcel property, which fronts Eighth Avenue South at its T-intersection with South Street at Moni Advani, chief investment officer of Nashville-based Morph Hospitality Group (which owns various restaurants including Chauhan Ale and Masala House in the North Gulch), is one of the owners of the site. Advani manages Eighth and Division Investments GP, which paid about $8.9 million for the various properties in 2015, according to Metro records. ....
