They kicked off this effort outside of Asbury Church Wednesday morning. The 28 foot trailers have everything health officials need for testing. Their goal is to make testing more accessible and go to different communities in most need of this. We wanted to come more to community and be more accessible to them so we re trying to go to different locations throughout Duluth where we re bringing testing to them, said Susan Vitulli, the public health educator for St. Louis County. ....
