Science Ministry appoints Dzuleira Abu Bakar as Technology Park Malaysia CEO | Money

KUALA LUMPUR, April 12 The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (Mosti) has appointed Dzuleira Abu Bakar as the new Technology Park Malaysia Corporation Sdn Bhd (TPM) chief executive officer, effective April 15, 2021.
Dzuleira, who is currently Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre (MaGIC) chief executive officer, will replace Che Akhma Ismail who left in February 2020.
Minister Khairy Jamaluddin said Dzuleira’s extensive involvement in the development of local tech start-ups and the innovation ecosystem along with a background in venture capital would be vital in transforming TPM and accelerating commercialisation of technological and innovative solutions.

The SA National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) has pumped R16.8 billion into major construction of roads and mega bridges in the Eastern Cape.
Premier Oscar Mabuyane announced that developments at the Special Economic Zones in East London and Port Elizabeth would create thousands of jobs.   
While the DA welcomed the premier s state of the province address, it warned that corruption could destroy the initiatives.

Premier Oscar Mabuyane announced during his state of the province address, which focused heavily on physical infrastructure development and job creation.
The SA National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) has pumped R16.8 billion into major construction projects in the Eastern Cape as Premier Oscar Mabuyane announced his dream to reverse the legacy of apartheid spatial planning.
Mabuyane made the announcement at the Eastern Cape legislature in Bhisho while delivering the state of the province address (Sopa).
