The city of Sedona is discussing the possibility of entering into a public-private
partnership to turn city-owned property adjacent to City Hall into workforce housing. The property, which the city bought five years ago, is home to the Sinagua Building, a former real estate office. David Jolkovski/Larson Newspapers
The vision for prime real estate owned by the city is becoming clearer.
The city purchased the Sinagua property, adjacent to City Hall, five years ago but never determined its use.
According to City Manager Karen Osburn, there is now a plan in place, especially since the city is now in talks with the Sedona-Oak Creek School District to lease its adminis­tration building on Brewer Road. ....

Trash, noise, illegal parking, human excrement, pedestrian dangers and vehicle exhaust. These are some of the items listed from Indian Cliffs residents regarding their concern of trailhead parking in a church near their subdivision.
Some of the same residents who attended a public meeting on April 21, at the Sedona United Methodist Church, spoke at the Sedona Planning and Zoning Commission meeting Tuesday, May 4. ....
