Minister McEntee asks Legal Services Regulatory Authority to consider creation of a new conveyancer profession to increase competition in legal services
 
 
 
The Minister for Justice, Helen McEntee, has today written to the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to ask that they prepare and submit a report on the Creation of a New Profession of Conveyancer.
 
This is being triggered under section 34 of the Legal Services Regulation Act which makes specific provision to address this remaining area of legal services reform. ....
