After being on hiatus for in person education for more than a year, due to the pandemic, they are welcoming people back through their doors. This past Wednesday evening they held their first in person classes. Now plans are underway for more classes and educational activities. Ellen DeLeo, captain of the local Flotilla 96, encourages people to come on over and take classes. “In COVID a lot of people went out and purchased bicycles and kayaks,” she began. “This is something people could do.” ....
Ronto processes 9 Omega sales in 30 days, including 5 in one week Caffrey & Associates The Ronto Group announced that it processed nine sales worth $31,770,000 in 30 days, including five sales in one week, at its Omega high-rise tower in Bonita Bay. Year to date, 16 sales transactions worth nearly $60 million have been processed. Total sales volume is approaching $162 million and the tower is 69% sold. The clean-lined tower will feature 67 residences, including 63 spacious tower residences and four penthouses. The tower offers a fresh, highly amenitized perspective on luxury and an approach to high-rise living never available in Southwest Florida until now. Three people found dead inside a Bonita Bay home in December have been identified. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the case has been ruled a murder-suicide but did not release further details. First responders went to the home on Harbor Cove Court for a call about a cardiac arrest on Dec. 7. Two women and a man were found dead inside. They have been identified as Eileen Breen, 71; Dorothy Breen, 61, and Terrance Cunningham, 65. The home belonged to Dorothy, according to the death certificates, and Eileen was her sister who lived elsewhere in Estero. Both were attorneys. Cunningham was also listed as a resident of the home, but his relationship to the sisters is unknown at this time. ....
