Postal service delays: No estimated time frame for delayed USPS package deliveries

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) The message is the same but the frustration is growing.
The United States Postal Service acknowledges packages are arriving later than expected, but customers say they aren t arriving at all.
I ve had like four packages that are a month behind, said Shawn Dillon of Bala Cynwyd. Kind of annoyed to be honest, to say the least.
Kevin Thorne of Nicetown said his entire block hasn t received their electric bills.
Terrible, they make my bills late, said Thorne. I m never late for my bills, they re going to make my bills late.
USPS spokesperson Naddia Dhalai said the Philadelphia processing plant hired more than 280 employees for the holiday season and emphasizes they re experiencing significant volume increases due to COVID-19. ....
