Champlain Valley Fair postpones Darius Rucker concert, operating as if fair will happen

For the second straight year, the Champlain Valley Fair has postponed its planned concert with Darius Rucker, the lead singer of ‘90s rockers Hootie & the Blowfish who has gone on to success as a country performer.
“With the uncertainty that surrounds us all,” Tuesday’s announcement from the Champlain Valley Exposition reads, “CVE recognizes the idea of a packed grandstand in 2021 is unlikely due to almost certain social distancing requirements. Today, we are announcing the postponement of the Darius Rucker concert. We are actively trying to rebook him for 2022.” ....
