The Oteng Korankye Education Fund has announced that its quest to help students in Berekuso and its satellites communities to excel in education has yielded results as a beneficiary of the fund, Radayah Danso has been admitted to the University of Ghana to study Political Science.
Radayah Danso, passed her BECE with a grade of 20 and had an admission to Accra High School to further her education. Through the support of the Oteng Korankye Education Fund, she scored grade 12 in her final exams. She was presented with a laptop computer to aid in her studies. ....

Eighteen-year-old Edward Elorm Gbanaglo can now focus on attaining his dream of training at the University of Health and Allied Sciences in Ho in the Volta Region to become a medical doctor.
This follows the decision by the Managing Director of Abyak Pharma Ltd, Mr Thomas Mensah, to pay off the remaining five years tuition fees at the medical school for Elorm, amounting to GH¢50,000.
The amount complements an amount of GH¢2,000 he had presented earlier as his contribution towards the education of the medical student and brings his total contribution to GH¢52,000. ....

Barley 48 hours after the Daily Graphic published an appeal from 18-year-old Edward Elorm Gbanaglo for support to enable him to realise his ambition to become a medical doctor at the University of Health and Allied Sciences, Ho a number of individuals and institutions have shown interest.
The Daily Graphic on Monday, February 22, 2021, carried a story headlined, “Orphan seeks financial support to complete medical school,” which said that Elorm, an orphan, was struggling to raise the needed funds to put him through medical school after his excellent results from the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) last December.
A former student of the Presbyterian Boys’ Senior High School, he defied all odds and secured six ‘A’ ones and two ‘B’ twos, gained admission to the university, but is on the verge of losing out because of financial challenges ....
