Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint: MyDIGITAL: A Game Changer if well executed

Malaysia must digitalise quickly to secure its future prosperity, says Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in an email interview on the just-launched MyDigital blueprint. KJ rubbishes fake news on 'marked-up' cost of mass Covid-19 vaccination

PETALING JAYA: Khairy Jamaluddin
(pic) has dismissed as untrue a message circulating in social media implying that the Malaysian Government had marked up the cost for the mass Covid-19 vaccination.
Khairy, who is also the co-chair of the Special Committee to Guarantee Access to Covid-19 Vaccines, noted that many people were forwarding the message without verifying the facts.
The message being circulated in social media read:
Belgium Health Minister tweeted the Covid-19 vaccines for their entire population of 33.5 million. The most expensive is Moderna at USD18.00 (RM72) and the cheapest is Astra Zenica at Euro 1.78 (RM8.80). Total cost is 279mil krone. Malaysia s population is nearly the same, and 279 krone is about RM131 million. But (Prime Minister Tan Sri) Muhyiddin announced RM3 billion to immunise 6.4 million Malaysians. ....
