SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) — Some landlords shut off water to their properties in an effort to reduce or prevent damage to pipes due to a hard freeze during this winter storm, the city of Shreveport reports.
A KSLA News 12 viewer said it happened to her mother and 59 other tenants. The “. landlord turned their water off because he does not want to pay to have pipes replaced during this bad weather,” she says in an email sent Sunday afternoon. ....
