(January 22, 2021) – Milwaukee-based developer Vita Fitness & Physical Therapy will open a new location in the restored M10 Building within the Milwaukee CountyResearch Park. Mandel is restoring the historic building as part of its Crescent Apartments development, opening in early May 2021. Restoration and reconstruction work is well underway to save and retrofit the 106 year-old building, originally built to provide steam and hot water to the historic Muirdale TB Sanitorium that once stood on the site. Only a few of the original buildings remain from the once-sprawling hospital campus. This will be Vita’s second location in the metro Milwaukee market.
