Wauwatosa, Wisc. (January 22, 2021) – Milwaukee-based developer
Vita Fitness & Physical Therapy will open a new location in the restored M10 Building within the Milwaukee CountyResearch Park. Mandel is restoring the historic building as part of its Crescent Apartments development, opening in early May 2021. Restoration and reconstruction work is well underway to save and retrofit the 106 year-old building, originally built to provide steam and hot water to the historic Muirdale TB Sanitorium that once stood on the site. Only a few of the original buildings remain from the once-sprawling hospital campus.
This will be Vita’s second location in the metro Milwaukee market. Vita’s flagship operation is located in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward, at Mandel’s DoMUS apartment community on the Milwaukee River. Vita has been in business for 17 years as an independent, locally owned a ....

Vita Fitness & Physical Therapy is opening its second location in Wauwatosa, in the redeveloped power house building of
Mandel Group Inc. s Crescent Apartments project.Vita is a boutique gym in Milwaukee s Historic Third Ward that integrates physical therapy with physical fitness. It is located in Mandel s DoMUS apartments at 451 E. Erie St.It plans to open its next location in early May, in the historic power house at 10460 Innovation Drive in Wauwatosa. It will serve residents of the neighboring Crescent Apartments building and offer memberships to the public.
