Thomas Buck Sr.Õs grandson Oliver Jr. was a well-respected farmer in Peterborough County. He also established a dry goods store in Norwood with his brother George in the late 1880Õs, after the partnership dissolved he returned to farming before eventually retiring to Norwood.
